Our Last Mile services are intended to enable better internet connectivity access to rural and underserved areas nationwide to help support better access to virtual care. Services and support are made possible by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), CommonSpirit Health, First Choice Integrations, T-Mobile, & All Ways Wireless.
We offer some of the latest technology in broadband connectivity through our 4G and 5G cellular broadband offerings. Not all rural geographies or home locations will be in position for reliable access to nationwide networks so while we can attempt to improve connectivity through our offerings, we cannot guarantee connectivity for every household.
These services are generously provided at no cost to households.
Service packages are set at the time of delivery to be optimized for your home situation. Packages are unable to be upgraded or modified to include additional network features and cannot be combined into other internet-related deals or wireless services by our internet service carrier (T-Mobile).
Our initial funding approval covered a 10 month time period to provide cellular broadband services, but we are working on additional funds to extend that through at least the full calendar year 2025.
No, any equipment provided is not required to be returned. Once delivered, the equipment is yours to keep, and you may discard or repurpose the equipment.
We will ship ground and expect 3-4 days' shipping time. Orders must be in by 1 p.m., or we will need to add a day for processing.
